Your pump comes with a 4‑year warranty, so please be sure to register your pump using the form below to activate your coverage.

Serial Number & Records

Your pump’s serial number can be found:

On the pump carton,
On the terminal block of the controller above the motor input, or
On a loose label inside the pump carton.

Please record this serial number and keep it in a safe place for your records.

Warranty Activation Requirements

To activate your warranty, we require 3 clear photos of your installation.

Take photos showing:
- The pump installation
- The controller and wiring
- The solar array and overall system layout
